I NEED this giveaway!! Fitness Magazine gets me off my butt and to the gym–I love fitness and running but getting myself moving is my hard spot, so having this around the house would be a constant reminder that I need to get moving!
How about some Michelle Obama rock hard arms?! I adore her workout ethic and ability to pull off grace and style while maintaining the ULTIMATE busy schedule. Her arm workout plan is my favorite one by far

I like the Forearm Plank, but I’ve always considered that a core exercise. If it works my arms too, however, I like it even more.

Love the tricep workouts! While I regularly do the chair tricep dips as part of a superset, I’d say my favorite (and most challenging) is the one leg tricep pushup. Can only do a few, but it hurts so good.
