About to hit send on one of the biggest blog pitches of my life. Hope they like it. Or even email back to me. I’ll tell you guys about it once I hear something back- I don’t like to jynx myself.

And if you or your company needs any health and fitness content, feel free to email me, I am taking on more projects. Does your website need a blog? Have a blog but not consistently updating? Do you want to start sending newsletters? Need content for your site? Email me- I do all of that.
Question
If I were to start offering my services as a virtual personal trainer- emails, looking over your current routine and making changes, writing routines based on your access to equipment, fitness level, injuries, goals, etc, nutrition consulting- would any of you be interested? I would love to start helping you guys individually but it takes a lot of time to gather the necessary information. It would be a paid service, but a heck of a lot cheaper than consulting in person. Just putting some feelers out- would anyone be interested?

Considering I’ve already asked you two questions (under my real name — this is my blog name, not to confuse you), I’d totally be interested in some internet consulting!
As an aside, I’d also totally be interested in hearing more about your journey toward becoming a personal trainer, both from a professional standpoint (how’s the hours? how’s the pay? how’s the fun?) and a personal standpoint. Unless you’ve already written about this, which I bet you have and I just am too lazy to look.
May I also note that it’s awesome that in your tags, “pork chop” pops up mighty huge.
I’d definitely be interested, especially after reading your post on interval training (on Twirlit I think). So often I am left wanting to see you elaborate with fitness plans, but I do understand that they need to be customized to a person’s goals, habits, etc.
I second Harriet Jacobs’ request for info on how you became a trainer and what you find to be the rewards/drawbacks of the career. It’s not a place I’m in, but I’m very curious.
Thanks for writing such informative posts based on the actual science behind fitness. Keep it up!
I would be interested for sure!
I’d be interested. Depends on costs and my will power. LOL
i would be interested in a consultation for sure. it would be someone who’s advice i trusted, who i could be honest with (the whole no face to face thing helps). Lemme know if you end up starting up.
I would totally be interested in online consultations! Something like that would be perfect for people (like myself) who are already comfortable in a gym and may not need hands on guidance for how to use equipment, or are comfortable using medicine balls, free weights, bosu etc.
Looking forward to hearing more!

I personally wouldn’t be interested but it is a great idea for people who don’t already have a fitness routine or are unsure of what to do. Also, I read you pieces over at twirlit. Very nice! I tagged it in my Delicious account. Be sure to let us know when you put more on there!

I think that would be awesome! I see a personal trainer once a month (most of the time)…really just to give her hell..but I also like her to write up some routines that I can do at home, on the beach, in the water, at the gym, using a ball, treadmill, stair climber, etc. Of course, price is also an issue.
I think it’s a great idea! I’m sure it would be a hit with overweight people who are to self-conscious to go to a gym or meet with a trainer in person.
Yes!
Yes ma’am. I am definitely interested. I grew up as an activity freak. Now that I am soon to be 49, my level of commitment has diminished slightly. I can (and do) whatever I want at the gym, but really want to be more structured with my workouts and exercises. Send an e-mail with more info if you do, as sometimes I get busy and forget to check into your site.
Good luck if that’s what you decide to do.

I’m pretty comfortable in a gym, but would love to have an expert weigh in on my current routine and help me plan more efficient workouts.
I’d definitely be interested – I need help!
