Oooh, thanks for pointing out some rockin’ giveaways. I am a giveaway whore.

Quick question…I’m 19, 5′4″, and 110 pounds. I weight train 3x a week, do some light jogging/walk a ton, and am trying to bulk. Would 2000 calories be a good number, or do you think that’s too much?

you ARE trying to gain muscle size? It should be enough. gaining size has more to do with the way you work out and WHAT you eat as opposed to just how much, but you probably wont want to go any lower than that.
