Weslo Cadence 25 Review
5 08 2008I present to you- my new treadmill:

I got this bad boy at Big 5 Sporting Goods, on sale for $299, usually priced $399
I have to admit, Im pleasantly suprised. For being so cheap, it is suprisingly strudy and quiet.

It folds up and rolls out of the way for easy storgae- which doesnt help me yet because i didnt clean out my spare room like i should have done first, so now its in the middle of my living room.
It took the boy about and hour to put it together, with minimal swearing, so I would say its pretty easy to assemble.

That picture is a little blurry, but the display is nothing special. It marks speed, and distance, plus calories burned which is completely inaccurate, but I don’t use that feature anyway.

The incline is manual, so I just leave it at its, highest, but its is no problem to switch. the thing is pretty light so you can adjust it no problem.
Its nothing special, but it works, is quiet and didn’t put nearly as much of a dent in my wallet as I thought buying a treadmill would. If you are just looking for a way to move inside, I would definately recommend this, but if you want accurate heart rate/calories burned- you may need to spring for a more expensive model.
LisaR I will post your motivation question question tonight on Grounded Fitness.
